I have been committed to the spiritual life for over 25 years. My journey started with a fierce desire and determination to find meaning and to make sense of life. That drive took me as a young seeker to a yogi saint in the Himalayas in India. And in 1991 that same impulse led me  to California where I first met Andrew Cohen. I saw in Andrew a living example in the west of the truth I had realized in India.  His teaching which has evolved into what is now called- Evolutionary Enlightenment has always been a call to rise up and live true to our deepest and highest spiritual insights in this world. It is a teaching that helps us make sense of the spiritual longing in an evolving 21st century context. I am continuing to learn what this really means….the purpose of Evolutionary Enlightenment is evolution beyond ego and it calls us all to come together to create the future………my own passion involves coming together with others who are also dedicated to this transformation. And through our mutual inquiry and investigation start to build new structures in consciousness that form a new culture…and my particular interest has to do with the evolution of  women's consciousness. This is an ongoing, unfolding, revealing and evolutionary endeavor…… I am currently one of the senior instructors of the Evolutionary Enlightenment course (you can read my bio ). I now live in New York City and am fortunate to be working at the EnlightenNext Center there…I frequently travel and am the director of the EnlightenNext Center in Rishikesh, India which is my second home….
